His on board sensors IDed the SSD, the Anger, commanded by Admiral Daala!
Onboard the Angel, Daala narrowered her eyes."Only one X-Wing intercepting us? It seems a little suspicious to me."
Anakin considered what to do next. He radioed to Coruscant Space Control who he was and his intentions, decided to wait for reinforcements. But then, he saw two squadrons of TIEs coming his way!
The TIEs approached, and Anakin saw there was no hope. He powered his weapons and shields, deciding that if he had to die, he was going down in a blaze of glory!
Then he saw a fleet of Calamari Cruisers coming around the planet Coruscant. Anakin was relieved to see Coruscant's defense force. But he still had the TIEs to deal with.
Anakin thought, "Thats ok. The Force is my ally!"
So Anakin used the force to guide his firing and took down a good number of TIE's before he was hit at all.
"Uncle Luke would be proud, if this wasn't his X-wing." Anakin thought
"Hey, Artoo, how are you back there?" Anakin called out. Artoo bleeped a response.
Then Anakin saw 5 TIE's coming at him at once, and the Cruisers couldn't do a thing to help him. Anakin got scared, and by the time he rememberd the force(and his weapons controls) it was too late to get all of them. He managed to take out two and fly up, to try to lose the other three.
"I can't shake them!' he thought, as one nearly hit him "I wish someone was up here to help me."
Then he saw a small ship come out of the sky and shoot the three TIE's down.
"Thank's!" Anakin said
"Hey, no problem."one voice said.
"I had a feeling that you were going to get into trouble!" another added.
"Jacen? Jania? Is that you?" Anakin asked.
"Who else would save you?!" Jacen said.
"Now come down, before any more TIE's get up here! We'll follow you!" Jaina added.
Anakin hastily agreed. He was good way's down and almost to his older brother and sister when a TIE blazed out of nowhere. Anakin could here the roar of the engines, a sound that was as familiar as the song his mother used to sing when he was a baby. With no warning the TIE fighter let loose its cannon fire. The laser fire smashed into his X-Wing. Most of the lights on the dash board of his X-Wing went dead. He began drifting down to the planet. It was only till he heard the sound of his X-Wing break through the atmostphere, and begin hurling towards the ground, that he realized this was a bad idea.
He remembered the Force." Maybe I can levitate the ship and guide it down!"
Elanna Skywalker looked out the window of her apartment. Oh, wonderful. Her cousin was in trouble again. She reached out with the Force to help Anakin land the X-wing.
"Anakin! Can't you ever stay out of trouble?" she asked through the Force, while trying to help him
"I try, but trouble always seems to catch up with me!" he sent back
"It's a good thing Dad isn't around, or he'd be REAL mad with you."
"Yeah, but MY Dad is around!"
"Oh, well, just concentrate, I don't think that we're going to pull this off if we keep talking."
The two of them worked together to land the X-wing safely while Jaina and Jacen kept the TIEs from seriously damaging the X-wing.
"He what?!" Han nearly bonked his head on the bottom of the Millenium Falcon as rolled out from underneath it after doing repairs. He was currently covered from head to toe in grease, but he didn't seem to notice as he yelled into the comlink, glaring vicously in front of him as if his son was standing there. "It's a good thing Luke and your mother aren't here, or he'd be in even worse trouble!"
Jaina sighed and manuevered the small ship as she avoided the TIEs. "Listen Dad, he's with Elanna now, OK? He's fine. But we're not. Jacen and I can handle a bunch of TIEs, but I think that Coruscant is in more trouble than Anakin is after he wrecked Uncle Luke's X-wing. There's a SSD out here, and that means trouble! Why aren't there any fighters up here? Didn't it show up on the scanners?!"
Elanna ran down the docking bay floor, rushing to meet Anakin. She stopped dead in her tracks when she saw what had happened to the ship. She started yelling at Anakin as soon as he started to get out of the ship, and help Artoo down.
"Anakin Solo! What were you thinking! That's Dad's favorite ship! He hasn't even let me fly it yet! Have you gone nuts?! Look what you've done to it! It might even be totaled! Well, don't you have anything to say for yourself?"
He smirked, but the small smile faded away fast. "You really didn't give me a chance, but we've got to go up there! Jacen and Jaina are in trouble up there, and somebody has to help them! The Cruisers are too busy with the SSD to bother with the TIES unless they come close to them!"
She gave him a skeptical look. "Not like that, you aren't. We need to have the med droid look at you. You don't look that good."
He started walking with her out of the Bay. "Would you if you had just put up a fight with some TIEs and and SSD and came back in a totaled X-WIng that belongs to your Uncle?"
She seemed to think about it for a second before responding. "Well, I'd probably look better than you do. C'mon, we need to get you to the Med Lab."
He stopped her. "Not while Jaina and Jacen are still out there! I got them into this mess and I'm going to get them out of it."
She sighed. When he took that tone of voice she knew there was no stopping him. "All right, but I'm coming with you. We can take the Lightsaber." I've got a bad feeling about this
So do I, Elanna, so do I
Admiral Daala smiled. The Calamari Crusers were begining to get the upper hand, but they had been there long enough. Now it was time for the real battle to begin.
"Vice-Admiral, give the order for the troops to start. Remind the troops to bring me the Jedi alive, preferable unharmed."
"Yes Admiral" Pellaeon said
Daala sat down to watch the retreat. This was not the time for a major offensive, Soon the time would come, but it was not now. When the Jedi were hers, she could get what she needed. The Jedi would be proof enough that she could crush the Rebels with the proper supplies. And when the Jedi fell, the Rebellion would soon follow. She wasn't going to make the same mistake that she made before. No, this time it would be different. This time there would be only victory for the Empire. Only victory.
*****
"Okay, we're done with the pre-flight checks, lets go!" Anakin said
"Wait! According to this, they're retreating! The SSD is gone!" Elanna said, looking at a holo of the battle.
"You're right! But, they never really did anything. Why did they come in the first place?" Anakin asked
"I don't know, but we need to tell Dad and Aunt Leia about this fast. If the reminents are making a move, this is far from over." Elanna responded
A few hours later...
Elanna Skywalker scanned the battle -damaged X-wing. She shook her head in disaproval. "Anakin, I hope you can run...FAST!"
Anakin frowned,"It's not my fault!"
Elanna sighed," I didn't say it was your fault...I just said I was going to blame you!" Then she turned to Jaina ,"We don't have much time left. My Dad and Aunt Leia will be here in a few days. How bad is it?"
Mechanical wiz, Jaina, inclined against the ship. "It doesn't look good at all. Anakin is lucky to have survived at all." Elanna grimiced,
"He won't be that lucky after Dad gets through with him!"
Jacen traced a long scratch in the X-wings side with his finger,"Can we fix it by the time Uncle Luke gets back?"
Jaina sighed. "It'll take time," she leaned against part of the ship, which imeadiatly fell off and clattered to the floor. Jaina shook her head," Let me refraise my self : It'll take ALOT of time."
Anakin frowned," Maybe I should start writing my will..."
*****
The comand deck of the Super Star Destroyer was busy with activity. Admiral Daala kept her vision trained on the holo of Vice-admiral Pellaeon.
"Everything is proceding just as we planned," Pellaeon's holo - image reported. "The troops and our special plan should reach the repair bay in a few more moments." A smile krept across Admiral Daala's face.
"The republic won't know what hit them."
*****
Jaina was impressed with how far they had gotten. The X-wing was starting to look more like an X-wing, and less like a pile of metal. A loud clatter made her look up from her repairs. Elanna appeared, wipping grease of her hands,"Did you guys hear something...or was it just me?"
Anakin nodded and Jacen said,"I have a very bad feeling about this." Elanna scanned the room for anything out of the ordinary.
"Hey guys, does anyone know what that is?" she pointed to a small silver sphere that was only a few feet away form them.
Anakin spun around,"It's a thermal detanator! Run!!!" They never got very far. the detonator exploded sending the young jedis to the floor. A thick fog ,released from the detonator, spread across the room.
"It's poison!" Anakin said between gasps of breath. Sudenly, everyone became very dizzy, and the room began to sway wildly. The last thing Anakin remembered before he surrendered to the oblivian, was lots of stormtroopers walking twords him.

Han could feel all of the blood draining from his face as Mon Mothma informed him of the situation. The children had been kidnapped. He held onto the hull of the Millenium Falcon to keep from toppling over. It was every parent's nightmare. They'd already been through it, but it was happening again, and this time Luke was going to be in on it as well. Mon Mothma offered to tell Luke and Leia the news, but as tempting as the offer was, Han decided he would have to tell them himself.
Han took a deep breath, steadied himself, and went to tell Luke and Leia the terrible news.
Luke felt as if someone had punched him in the stomach, and from Leia's expression, he could tell that she felt the same way.
"The children have been kidnapped?" Luke said in a voice hardly more than a wisper
Han nodded grimly, his jaw set. Leia's lips were pressed together in a tight, thin white line. Having been through this before didn't make it any easier for them. Luke now understood what they had felt those times before completely, instead of just in part.
"Who did this?" Leia asked
"The Imps." Han replied
"The Imperials? I thought they had retreated to the Core!" Leia exclaimed
"They just attacked Courscant with an SSD. My guess that it was just a cover so that they could kidnap the children." Han said
"So what are we going to do?" Luke asked
"I have no idea." Han said
"Well we can't just stand here and do nothing!" Leia exclaimed.
"Leia's right," Luke added. "If the kids are kidnapped there's no telling what the Imps will do to them. Let's get every ship available and search for them."
In less than an hour, at least 30 ships were lined up and ready to start the search. There'd be no telling how big the Imperial fleet would be. After they were clear to go, Luke, Han, and Chewbacca lifted off in the Millenuim Falcon, leading the Republic's fleet.
"The sensors on the Falcon shows a large fleet of Star Destroyers," Han said. "That must be the kids. Chewie, full speed ahead" Chewbacca growled an acknowledgement as they close in on the Star Destroyers.

Anakin drifted in and out of consiousness several times before he awoke to find himself in a prison cell. Not any ordinary prison cell. One with bars that glowed bright like fire. Anakin quickly discovered that he was powerless to do anything, but sit and wait. A red braclet was fastened to his arm. It was impossible to get off...and it prevented him from using the force. The bars were another story...anytime he came close to them he felt such a strong pull from the dark side.
"Anakin?" Jacen's voice called from the cell across from him. He stood up and walked as close to the bars as he could. Two stormtroopers were talking down the far end of the hall. Anakin had to whisper to avoid drawing attention to himself.
"Jacen, are you ok? That was some blast" Jacen rubbed his wrist where the braclet was. "Yeah, my head is still spinning, As far as I can tell, I'm ok. Do you know where Jaina and Elanna are?"
Anakin shook his head," Uh...I thought they were with you."
Jacen frowned,"I have an extremly bad feeling about this."
"Elanna!," Jaina yelled as she shook her cousin. Something was very wrong here. Jaina held her hand to Elanna's forehead. She definitly had a fever. A very HIGH fever.
Jaina shivered. It was freezing in their cell, but Elanna seemed to be getting warmer and warmer. "Come on, Elanna." Jaina pleaded ,"Please wake up!"
Just then the glowing bars went out and 5 stormtroopers walked into the cold, uninviting cell. They pushed Jaina out of the way, and picked up Elanna. Two of them proceded to carry her from the cell.
"Hey!" Jaina protested. She stood up and tried to run out of the cell before the bars came back on...But one of the stormtroopers whirled around and shot her point blank with a lazer gun. Jaina fell backwards into the wall. Fortunately...the beam was very weak, it only stunned her a little. In a matter of secconds she caught her breath, and was back on her feet.
"Where are you taking her? What did you do to her?" Jaina asked in an angry voice.
One of the stormtroopers walked over to her and pointed a finger at her through the bars. "Not even the force can help her now....."
********
Admiral Daala stood on the bridge of the SSD, watching the Millenium Falcon close in on the Anger. She turned twords one of the young navigators.
"How soon till we make the jump to hyperspace?" she inquired.
"A....A few more minutes, admiral." the young navigators voice wavered.
"A few minutes isn't good enough," she glared at him,"Bring the sheilds up...Were too close this time...I'm not taking any chances."
******
The New Republic fleet was gaining on them, but still not within weapons range. Daala had her ship increase speed just enough so that it wouldn't quite reach a dangerous level. Just as the fleet was about to close in, someone informed Daala that the ship was able to go to hyperspace at her command. She commanded, and the best shot the New Republic had of catching Daala and rescuing the young Jedi went down the drain as the Anger fled away into hyperspace.
Daala left the bridge in Pellaeon's hands, and retreated to a rather unused part of the ship. Stopping in front of a door, she hesitated. What was inside frightened her, but it was also the key to victory. She took in a breath, let it out, and keyed the door to open.
The durasteel door opened with a whoosh of air and Daala entered the total darkness inside. The door closed behind her leaving her in the dark. Then a narrow beam of light engulfed the figured of a woman clad in black. She looked at Daala with mis-matched eyes of purple and blue.
"Well done. You have preformed your task adequately, and you shall be rewarded with the promised people and supplies to wage your war."
"Thank you." Daala replied evenly
"Still, I must be sure that THEY are up to my standards." She was silent for a moment, thinking and then continued "Bring the blonde girl to me. I will test her. If she performs well, then I will accept them. If not…" she let the sentence trail off and shrugged. "You may do what you wish with them."
Daala hesitated. "The girl you wanted to see, Elanna is her name, she is…ill."
"That does not matter. Bring her to me anyway."
"As you wish." Daala said a bit reluctantly.
**************
Elanna could feel herself being carried somewhere, but where? Why? And why couldn't she wake up? The pain in her head stopped her from thinking anymore and became more and more intense until she wanted to scream with agony. Suddenly, it stopped. She opened her eyes and found herself in a dark room with minimal light. It was hard to focus, but there didn't seem to be anything to focus ON.
"So, you did survive."
Who was that?
"My name is of no importance to you." The voice went on "All that matters to you is survival."
"Why?" Elanna managed to say.
"If you do not survive the test, I'm sure that none of the others will, and I will be forced to either give them over to Daala, or, most likely, dispose of them."
Elanna swallowed hard. "What kind of 'test' is this?"
A woman came into view, clad in black and looking down at her scornfully. "In a matter of speaking, a test of your abilities."
"Depending on your point of view?"
The woman raised an eyebrow. "You could put it that way, yes. But we have delayed long enough. We must begin the tests."
Elanna felt her heart sink as the woman said "tests". She had a feeling that in a matter of seconds she would be fighting for her life once again.
************************
Luke stared out the main view port window, still staring at where they had been only seconds ago. They had been so close...so very close to catching them. When would this ever end? He had never felt such pain in his heart before. He wondered how Han and Leia had stayed so strong all the times there children were in danger. Luke truly now knew how bad it hurt.
He swollowed hard and looked to Han and Leia... he couldn't even speak. Leia gazed into her brothers ice-blue eyes. She saw something she had never seen before. A new kind of something in his eyes. She didn't quite know what it was...but somehow she imagined she had the same look.
"There's something big going on here..." Han suddenly spoke. "And I got a bad feeling about this..."

Adela sighed. Elanna had acually passed her rigourus tests. Even after all of the many tortures Adela could think up had been tried on her, she still manged to hold on to that thin thread of life. Just to amuse herself, Adela added even more power to a few of the ususals to test her limits. The girl was strong indeed. She had even survived the case of the Jedi Plague which Adela had infected her with briefly. If the other three were as strong as Elanna was, and she assumed they were close to being so, then they would do VERY well.
Her planet was dying. The ancient power source was diminished, and the people were not willing to give up their life forces to keep it alive. Therefore they searched for others, for strong Jedi to power their planet and it's defences. Once a suitable jedi was found, they were put into a comatose state and put into a stasis cylinder which allowed their Force powers to drain into the machine slowly, powering it and keeping their species alive. Of course, once the Jedi was in the machine for over two weeks, if they were brought out, they would die.
If these four worked out they way they were supposed to, they would have enough power to keep their world alive for centuries, as well as control the rest of the Galaxy for longer. With their ships powered by Jedi, as well as their weapons, there was no way they could lose. They would finally have enough to begin Expansion.
Adela smiled a rare smile. Her blonde hair shimmered in the faint light and her mis-matched eyes gleamed. Soon it would be the time to strike. When the Second Imperium has nearly crushed the new Republic and the Rebellion that would surly arise, her species, the Alkosians, would come in and take over.
No one would know what hit them.

"Whatddya mean, 'She's not here'? I was supposed to meet her here an hour ago. We've been counting on this for months!" Krys exclaimed
"I'm sorry, ma'am, but Mistress Skywalker is not here. Please try back later." Threepio said
"Well, are her cousins there? Maybe they'd know where she is." Krys suggested, exasperated with the droid already.
"I'm afraid no one is here at the moment. I do believe they've all gone off somewhere..."
"Where?" Krys asked "I'm afraid I don't know, mistress. Could I take a message?" Krys sighed.
"Sure. Tell Elanna that I'll check in next time I'm 'round Courscant."
"Yes, of course-" Krys cut off the holocomm conversation and leaned back in her chair. Elanna and she had been planning to find time to see each other for months now, when Krys finally had an excuse to come back to Courscant. Of course, this all had to be planned when her father was away from Courscant at the same time that she was on Courscant and Krys could come, so it took quite a bit of doing. Krys put on a lopsided smile, thinking of what Elanna's father would say if he knew that his daughter was best friends with a smuggler. The two of them had met on Courscant a couple of years back, and had gotten into quite a bit of trouble. She shook her head, remembering those weeks. Blaster bolts, that had been the adventure of a lifetime! When they had finally gotten out of trouble, they'd had to split up and had kept a secret correspondence ever since. Then Krys brought herself back to the present. If Elanna wasn't there, if her whole family wasn't there, something had to be wrong. Krys permitted herself a small smile. If Elanna was in trouble, she was going to do everything in her power to help her, and she had a lot of power out there....

Jaina looked over her younger cousin carefully. Elanna had been sleeping ever since the stormtroopers had brought her back to their cell, many hours ago. She did look some better, but not a whole lot, and Jaina expected her to sleep for a while longer. Bored, she went back to fiddling with the armband attached to her. She had been poking at it for hours, and had come up with nothing, not even the slightest insight as to what it was. She yawned. She was tired, but couldn't find it within herself to sleep. She blinked and began to start tampering with the only part she hadn't touched before, when Elanna stirred. Jaina sat up and walked over to Elanna's cot as the young Jedi Knight tried to sit up.
***************
Elanna came to. She was actually back in the cell? That woman wasn't going to test her anymore? Just that knowledge made her feel a whole lot better, though it didn't help all the aches and pains her body felt at the moment. Without the Force it was going to take a while to recover from that.
"Elanna?" Elanna opened her eyes, then frowned because all she saw was darkness. Then she realized that her eyes had been open this whole time. She tried to look around, but she only saw one thing: darkness. Panicked, she bolted into a sitting position and brought her hands to her face to be positive that she had her eyes open. In dismay, she realized she did.
"Elanna?" Elanna could hear Jaina's voice clear as a lightsaber's hum in the night, but she just couldn't see her! She turned to face the direction that Jaina's voice had come from, and could feel her tears welling up in her sightless eyes.
"Elanna? Are you alright?" Jaina asked. Elanna started sobbing, relising all the pain that the last day alone had caused her in those rivers. Jaina sat on Elanna's cot and cradled her. After she had calmed down, Jaina asked once again what was wrong. Elanna had only one answer to give. "Jaina," she began "I'm blind.
"Your...blind!?" Jaina asked as she choked back her own tears and confussion. All Elanna could do was nod between her sobs. Jaina just sat there in shock cradeling her cousin and assuring her everything would be alright...even though she knew she was making promises she wasn't sure she knew how to keep....

"You know, anything and everything can be brought with a price..." Gabriel said letting the words linger over the chatter of the cantina. Krys sighed and leaned back against her seat. Gabriel was one of her connections, and right now she wasn't being much help.
"Yeah, well you can buy a lotta everythings with that many credits!"
Gabriel took a sip of her ale,"Well what you wanna know is worth alot...I mean, the New Republic Family, Luke Skywalker's daughter? I'd be crazy to ask for less."
Krys started to get up,"Your crazy as it is!" She said as she turned her back and started walking."I can go find the same info for a heck of a lot less credits so you can take your information and go..."
"WAIT!" Gabriel called after her. A sly smile spred across Kry's face. Boy did SHE know Gabrielle good. She spun around and crossed her arms across her chest, looking suddenly very serious.
"Well, I haven't got all day!"
Gabrille sighed. "Since your such a good friend of mine, I'll give you the information for 300 less..."
Krys considederd the offer. It was still alot of money, but if it could help Elanna, it was worth it. "Gee, your a pal." she said sarcasticaly,"But I think I'll take you up on that offer."
She sat back down at the table. Gabrielle stuck out her hand for the payment.
"I don't think so, give me what I want to hear first."
Gabrille sighed and took a look around the room," you ever hear of the Alkosians?"
Krys shook her head. "Well, there this species whose home world is dying. The only was they can keep it alive is if they use Jedi life forces to some how transfer enegry to their planet, keeping it alive."
Krys looked confused,"How do you know about this?"
"I have a good friend who used to know a friend of a cousin of a friend whose uncle lives on Alkos."
"Wow with such reliable sources you can't go wrong!" Krys said sarcasticaly.
"Why don't they just find a new planet or something?" She asked, once again serious.
"Something about being loyal to your planet. they say the alkosians are very strict about leaving your planet permentaly. If you do assasins will come for you and kill you," she waved the question off,"It's all jacked up."
Krys frowned,"So, what's in it for the Imps?"
Gabrielle shrugged,"I don't know, probably a whole lot of something."
"Well, now I know what I have to do...It's off to the wonderful world of Alosk." she gave Gabrielle her money,"Don't spend it all in one place."
As Gabrielle was counting her money she shouted to Krys,"Oh, and you might wanna watch your back, the Alkosians are not too fond of visitors."
Krys bit her lower lip,"Looks like I better get a hold of Elanna's dad."

Anakin sat in his cell, trying to find a way to get the band off of his arm. He sighed.
Normally I love puzzles, he thought but this one is just getting plain annoying! He sighed. If only I had some insight as to what makes this thing tick...think about this logically, Anakin! It deflects the Force, and only ysalamiri are known to do that, so it's either ysalamiri or not...not that that helps me any!
Anakin looked over at Jacen in the cell across from him. Jacen looked up and they locked eyes. Jacen looked crestfallen, and Anakin was sure he mirrored his brother's expression. It seemed impossible to get the bands off. The only good thing about them was that it protected them from the bars, whatever those were. Then it hit him. Anakin smiled. Perhaps there was a way after all...
********
Krys was ready to leave Courscant. Her pre-flight checks were done, her clearance pending, and coordinates set, but there was still one more thing she had to do - contact Elanna's father.
After talking to a few more people and handing out a few more credits, plus putting her slicing skills to the test, she managed to decipher the location and holo-comm number of the fleet looking for the Solos and Elanna. Apparently it was worse than she suspected; the Imps and the Alkosians teaming up for something, and that something was Elanna and her cousins. She doubted very many people, if anyoneat all, knew half as much about this as she did now, and it was time the proper people found out. Mentally crossing her fingers, she dialed in the holo-comm number of Luke Skywalker.
********
Luke was in his quarters on the Falcon. Han was right, this whole thing was bigger than it seemed. If only they had some indication of how much bigger... Just then, Leia walking in with a puzzled expression on her face. "You have a call, someone by the name of Krys Cozin. She claims she has some information that could help." Luke looked up at her, surprised.
"How did she get this number?"
Leia shook her head. "I'm not sure, but she did say she knew Elanna."
Luke frowned. Elanna had never mentioned any Krys before... "I'll take it in here."
Leia nodded. "I'll patch it through."
Luke looked at the holo-comm and soon the image of a girl maybe a few years older than Elanna with dark hair and unnerving violet eyes was looking at him. "Master Skywalker," she started, a twinge of nervousness in her voice "My name is Krys Cozin, and I believe I have some information that would be vital to the recovery of your daughter and the Solo children."
"What is the price?"
"No cost. It's free." Luke saw that she seemed bit surprised at her own words, but stuck by them just the same.
"No cost. Why is that?" he inquired. It was odd if someone came out of the blue offering information and then didn't expect to be paid for it.
The girl sighed. "I know your daughter, very well actually, and I care for her a great deal. We were going to meet today and when she didn't show one thing led to another and here I am talking to you, which is the last thing I expected to do." she admitted. "Just trust me, please, I think I know where the Imps are taking them."
Luke hesitated, but she seemed sincere enough. "Where?"
"I can't tell you over the holo-net. If the transmission was intercepted..." She gave him a meaningful looked. Luke nodded at her. She obviously had experience with this sort of thing, adding more to his hypothesis that she was a smuggler of some sort.
"Then come here."
"I'm already on my way. I should be there within an hour."
"I'll be waiting." Luke said, and she cut off the transmission, leaving Luke to wonder just what sort of person this "Krys" was...

Anakin walked towards the bars. As he approached the bars, he felt a surge of the Dark Side. Momentarily, Anikin stopped to calm himself. He then continued cautiously, step by step, until he was a few feet away from the bars. He allowed a small amount of the Dark Side of the Force to enter him. As he did so, he noticed a small wisp of smoke coming from the bracelet. Anakin stepped away from the bars and tried to loosen the bracelet. Anakin could feel anger mounting in him from the annoyance he was facing. He took a deep breath.
Calm, I must remain calm. I have nothing to be angry at. Anakin could feel the darkness start to leave, yet the Force remained. He focused the little bit of the Force in him on the bracelet. He searched for a weak point in the bracelet. There has to be a latch somewhere, otherwise it couldn't have been put on me in the first place. As he felt the Force slipping away from him, he found a small button on a part of the bracelet he had inadvertently overlooked.
Well, now I know two things - the power from the bars doesn't last if you fight it, and the bracelet does have a release latch after all. Anakin let go whatever traces of the Force from the bars was left in him and concentrated all his efforts on the small button. He pushed the button and as the bracelet fell to the floor of the cell with a clatter, the Dark Side Force rushed into Anakin like a ion cannon, knocking him down.

Meanwhile....
Jaina could do little else but comfort her cousin. And even that wasn't helping all that much. Elanna sat motionless in the cornor of their cell, with her legs pulled up to her chin, sobbing quietly. Jaina was trying hard to think up some sort of plan when the SSD's engines subsided gradualy and then there was silence. Elanna noticed it too,"What's going on, why'd we stop?" she inquired as she looked blankly ahead.
Jaina sighed and stood up,"I think we're docking somewhere...." she let her voice trail off.
Elanna turned her head in the dirrection of her cousin's voice,"Where are we?" she asked in a bewildered voice, not like Elanna at all.
"My guess is somewhere very far away. We've been in hyperspace for a long time."
Jacen noticed the shut down of the massive engins, too. He stood up and walked as close to the bars as he dared to get. Rushing footsteps in the distance drew his attention to the corridor in front of his cell. Some armed storm troopers rushed by, like there was some big drill going on. After they all passed by he overheard the conversation of two other storm troopers, who where leisuraly making there rounds down cell bay.
"Another Jedi raid? Whoever this Alkosian is, she seems to be pretty powerfull to have Daala following her every wish!" One storm trooper said.
"First Corellia, then Coruscant, now Gebura," the seccond trooper paused, "How long are we stationed here?"
"About another hour or so..." The conversation faded out as the two
storm troopers turned the cornor. Jacen sat back and tried to put together
some of these puzzle peices. He had no idea who or what an Alkosian was.
Gebura was more familiar to him. He had been there once on vacation. The
whole jedi-raid line was what got him the most. This thing was alot bigger
than what it seemed.
